I represented a client on charges of Driving While Intoxicated, and several motor vehicle tickets. The client faced a 3 to 12-month suspension of his driver’s license on the DWI charge. A review of the evidence showed that the prosecutor was unable to prove the DWI charge beyond a reasonable doubt, and the DWI was dismissed. The client pled guilty to three minor traffic infractions, with significantly lower fines and penalties.
